HLB are you sure loan with 40 years ? so far I did check with HLB they said only max 30 years
Ambank no such thing as compulsory MRTA, you can take the offer letter first, then you insist they take out MRTA or else you can proceed complain to bank negara and show them offer letter, because that particular agent against bank negara rules, I hope those agent out there read this do what's ethical only your career can last longer...

Would like to ask all the taikos here.
For the certificate of non legal representation and the letter stating that we will not engage separate legal representation, it is compulsory for all buyers to sign. Do we have a choice not to sign? What will happen if we do not sign these two documents?
*
Any taikos want to give feedback on this matter. Thanks

Finally, UOB called.

He explained actually they finance up to 90%. Out of 90%, 80% confirm DIBS, for the balance of 10% UOB still finalizing with the developer whether buyer or developer bear the interest during construction. He can't advice when they can finalize this issue.

And he came to know developer offer 5% discount, so the loan amt will be base on net amount after the 5% discount..
can say bye to UOB......
