In case, after sign SPA, but unable get loan, can I jst sell the unit directly since I don't attach to any bank. the unit is under my name, do i hv right to resell it..?

Asking this question.. cause worry on LO got some "block" now..

last week i hv an offer letter from the bank, and there is a revised version for approval, the revised version is pending now..

i hv sign SPA cause that time hv the LO in hand.. now even i wan use back the first version of LO but can't.. if nxt week my existing LO expired (14 days).. or loan been pulled back.. then i need look for other "solution" as backup plan.. cry.gif

any lawyer or daikor know the rule can advise me.. ? can i resell the unit within short period?

guys, OxBC has not fully completed the empanelment process for this project for phase A (phase B is done though). So for those interested to buy and in great hurry to sign the deal, you can try other banks first. sorry for the inconveniences

Now all approve will be 85% only..
Leave me with no choice already and I'm typing the cancel and refund letter.
