paklim kor, paiseh lah, always wanted for landed property in alam damai, but every year price keep hike hike hike for new launching, now 24 x 75 also need balloting and costed more than rm750k and above. My salary tak cukup. Cant brain why nowaday terrace also cost rm 600k and above in klang valley. Nilai and Seremban 2, IJM also selling rm 450k and above. If i can eat sand and air to survive, maybe can buy 1 biji keh.

is there should be 2 loan account for each house and carpark separately?
or your loan is merge the house and car park property into 1 loan account?

Boo.. yest appeal for HLB 90% instead of 85%.
Officer just texted me result remain 85% confirm no way to go higher, BLR - 2.3%!! Appeal again for the rate. vmad.gif

Wondering who applying loan w Al-Rajhi??

am bank's rate so far the worst. Only -2.2%. I would rather take al-rajhi for that.

I think he only get 85% most probably due to the quota issue.

Would like to ask all the taikos here.
For the certificate of non legal representation and the letter stating that we will not engage separate legal representation, it is compulsory for all buyers to sign. Do we have a choice not to sign? What will happen if we do not sign these two documents?

hello every dai gor,

can know who applying HLB, did you applied for their credit card too? I was first offered with 85%, BLR - 2.3%, MRTA included. Got LO on hands.

Now the officer appealing for BLR - 2.4% but if dont want MRTA, he told me must sign up for their credit card... Anyone facing the same?

my package didn't offer MRTA and yup, have to sign up for their CC

it's the 85% margin killing u, if u dont have much cash. initial have to out about 40k

i think i will give up if i cannot get 90% loan. if banks are not taking risk, i dont want to take also.

refusing to give 90% loan indirectly telling you the prop may not be value so much.

mayb u can try borrow $$ from family/relative/friend to pay the 5% extra.. and pay them back the interest 4.2%. biggrin.gif

credit card no harm for you jst need pay rm50 for government tax.. use it as backup lor

hmn.. no idea on the doc you mentioned.. but i did sign 1 doc is assign the S&P solicitor as loan agreement solicitor..
