So u mean that if my loan is only approved at 85% and OCBC's quota full I can request for a full refund of 5000 if I pay by cheque and cash??

If you want to cancel the booking, you need to present 2 rejection letters from bank to show to the developer that you cant get the loan. So with such letters, they will full refund you if you pay by cash/cheque or RM5000 - RM100 if pay by CC. (anyone pls feel free to correct if I'm wrong) If your loan approved for 85%, that one consider your application accepted not rejected, so i dont think bank will issue you a rejection letter if you dont sign their offer.

I agree with you. OCBC-Quota full and cant proceed further does consider a reject HLB-Buyer apply 90% but they reject only approve 85% only is also consider a reject. If like this also dun consider a reject, then can someone tell me the definition of reject?
