Sorry, I didn't see the posts anywhere.

I was informed by the credit card centre that if I can only use my credit card not more than 3 times at the self service terminal. They tell me if swipe indoor can but I tried also declined at 2 different petrol stations.

I am using MBB Amex at Esso and I have more than 3 cars I need to pump petrol.

Anyone encounter this problem?

Ruling apply to transactions made on a single day. Unfortunately, generally all banks practice this as a safety system against petrol stations frauds.
I don't think the bank will be willing to make a special exception for you as this is a permanent safety feature which they imposed to all customers. Best way out is to use more than 1 cc.

U can always bring ur cars to the station and pass the card to cashier and pump all ur cars together, then only the cashier will charge the card as 1 transaction.
Using card at pump also can , just dont hang the pump back to the holder.

Note: sometimes the sites themselves blocks Malaysian cards. HK MRT is one example that comes to mind. Malaysian cards are flagged as high risk.

Yeah. Always have to email to them first before purchasing a ticket through their website. Usually they will open the line for about half an hour only at a specified time.

Mine is worse. When KFC shifted to the other end of KLCC, for the first few months, they claim "machine ada, signal tak ada".  doh.gif  doh.gif

But my h/p also no signal inside KFC at that time  rolleyes.gif  I think now the signal already covered, but I never eat KFC after that, got cheated of my 5% and KFC customer line says they can't do anything.

We're still stuck with technologies from the last millennium. Shame! I never had to wait once whenever i pay with credit card in South Korea.

The issue of the original poster is, you can't swipe more than 1 transaction. Can't do that with 2 rounds in a single day.
So 2 or 3 rounds like I mentioned it's troublesome. Remember he has 3 cars.

This is getting no where to assist the original poster so I'll stop here.

I have a question, Eon bank had been handed over to Hong Leong Bank about 3 months ago, all the credit cards had been replaced with HLBB card during the merging. However things start to get funny where i keep getting late charges and interests since i change to their service 3 months ago, I try to call and even approach the bank but all they says is that they have no clue of what happen and they have no details of the charges in their system, they ask me to pay the amount 1st and will fix it for the next statement, so I did it for 3months and now it's the fourth month yet nothing fix, am consider to cancel it next month after paying all the debt if nothing are done by their side.

Anyone actually having this problem? According to them all the existing Eon Bank CC holder are facing this problem but I wonder if it's really the case or I'm the only one been fooled around by their lies?

it's replaced because eventually u still have to do replacement, which probably end of this month when HLBB totally took over, and all Eon Bank Account number will change from 13 digits to 11 too to fit their system. The credit card from HLBB is clearly a replacement because after it's activated the old card details and left over debt are all transferred over to the new system.

HUH? all VISA / Master cards comes in 16 Digits boss.. Amex comes in 15 digits.

So what exactly happened? EON suddenly decided to change your savings account which included your EON credit card??
I dont have savings account with EON so i duno whether they will change to HLBB or not, but credit card usually wont, unless your card expired and they send u new card with HLBB logo

read carefully dude, Eon Bank Account number =/= credit card number, did u even read letters sent by bank to ur house anyway? I don't think u would be any help since u're confusing urself with what i trying to convey here. Anyone else here who experience the same problem which is similar to mine?

Funny i did not confused myself at all.

Credit cards does not comes in 11 or 13 digits. That is what you mentioned..
That is why i mentioned "savings accounts" coz i believe u are the one confused over urself.
Your card comes in 11 digit number?

And so far you are the only one i know getting a HLBB replacement card over EON card.

My card expiry is 09/14 we'll see if i get any replacement or not next month or maybe 2 years later.. And oh I never read any letters sent to my house coz i get NONE!
I love environment so i opted for e-statement, and in my statement i do not saw anything about changing the credit card (my card is 16 digits btw) to HLBB card.

And NO, nobody has such problem because your card are probably NOT linked, thus that is why u are getting charged late interest

ok thanks, in the end u still mix the bank acc (13 turning 11 digits) number i mentioned with credit card number (yes it's 16 digits thanks), read again for god sake, whether or not you get an replacement or not, i got mine and i'm here seeking help, not seeking attention from u, u may proceed to somewhere else to provoke others rather than wasting your precious time here debating on something that is not related to my question.

yea i think those who didn't convert probably won't have such a problem, still trying to figure out things with their staffs, they did mention about people who are previously using EON credit card facing the same technical problem and suppose to be fix last month, that is why I'm trying to clarify with others who converted already and having the same problem as mine as well.

Lolz....

Please click the user posted image button if u think im not helping or trying to provoke.

Im sure i didnt mixed up anything coz i was in credit card business (not credit card sales) for 5 years..

Anyway, my advise is do not pay them any single cent and report to BNM directly. Email to HLBB customer service and CC to BNM and u will get replied well within 1 week.
