refer to my additional reply above on what you can do.

Some banks apply the auto thing, some don't but why take the chance. Once you apply, you ought to be aware about the RM50 GST already.

You do receive the monthly statement right?

Actually the sale told me that I wont be charged for anything If i didn't activated the card upon receive. Guess Im being cheated. vmad.gif

Yeah man, some agents will say anything to push the sales. Just take this as a lesson and next time, you know what to do. Read the terms or get black and white.

Yup, I got the best comba. biggrin.gif

Reason why I need to apply this card is because want to utilize the cask back between these three cards.

UOB one card is use for petrol and movie on weekdays (hope can get high CL for emergency purpose if necessary and there is no extra charge for this card if swip 12 times in a year)

Other thing use for OCBC on weekdays and weekends (as this is only capped cask back RM50 per month)

Amex only use on weekends (eveything if the mechines avaiable),

Somehow, will depend on the situation like as per below:

Eg: spend sth on Jusco on weekdays, will pay by Amex card instead of OCBC, as OCBC only cash back 1%, although Amex only reward point x5 but equivalent to 2.5% cash back.

Haha, to be honest, not ok for me..

That y I need another card although im not high spending, just for in case...

Few times exp before, I cannot use cc for payment due to limitation credit, need to borrow from friend or go to pay some money to bank then only can use which is inconvenience cause.

But all the spending are under financial control for sure rclxms.gif

FYI, I did top up TnG at petronas with OCBC cc with additional 1% surcharge. OCBC still give me rebate 5% for it.

Petronas located at lebuhraya Bukit jalil (near puchong jaya), there's a TnG counter inside as well but only accept cash. Top up at their cashier counter for payment with cc.

Hi,

For the Maybank WMC, I do know that it comes with the Hilton Premium Club Privileges Card. But the question is that the card comes with the privileged card only or the card with the membership vouchers as advertised in the link below. Thank you.

erm, would like to ask the credit limit for OCBC titanium? cause been in a case where when it's time to pay for hospital bill, credit limit on current MBB card not enough..those people who initially came with you to the hospital tend to magically disappear when the bill comes...lesson learned, so, need to know the credit limit so i can consider other options if ocbc can't meet the credit limit i'm looking for, preferably 10k credit and above.

The credit limit, is it up to the bank to provide right? What criteria do they base on?

If one is earning less than RM36K per year, the maximum credit limit shall not be more than 2X his/her monthly salary.

As for OCBC credit limit, well, there is no general rule on credit limit but subject to case by case basis. Some people's application are even rejected even though they claim to have excellent credit history.

Anyway, if one does earn RM36K per year, it is odd that he/she cannot afford (or not willing) to get a medical card. With the medical card, one does not have to worry about hospital bills at private hospitals.

If you are talking about paying other people's medical bills at Private Hospitals, RM10K CL may not be enough too (especially if surgery is required).
