Ya. Cheaper. If you have your own group, you can invite people. Just join any of these groups here. Ask in a polite way ya. Good luck.

QUOTE(RabbitS @ Mar 6 2012, 01:37 AM) not easy being a pilot u know.. after age 50 might be made redundant, a lot of risk involved and travelling is nvr easy Then, I will either be a ground school instructor earning S$8K a month, open a small business like Chatime/Old Town White Coffee in SG, or have few properties in SG collecting rental and have a normal easy life. In comparison to an engineer, IT or accountant, by age of 50, most probably you will still be working for someone else and loss all your hair due to all stress you suffered throughout your working life. Most probably I will advise my son to take-up piloting in the future. |

QUOTE(ntick @ Mar 7 2012, 01:19 PM) hi guys,Anyone work in Singapore frequently travel back to KL during weekend? Previously, I travelled through and flo from KL every weekend before relocating my family to JB. My first preference was First Coach and then NICE. My friend used to travel via Starmart. Train is another option.1)what are the best economic transport that can be use? 1 month i maybe travel 2 or 3 times back to KL. Air asia is quite expensive.....no more as cheap price already..... QUOTE(ntick @ Mar 7 2012, 01:19 PM) hi guys,Anyone work in Singapore frequently travel back to KL during weekend? Bus. Depends on your preference and safety acceptance.1)what are the best economic transport that can be use? 1 month i maybe travel 2 or 3 times back to KL. Air asia is quite expensive.....no more as cheap price already..... Any one can share your experience? Here's what I did every weekend once upon a time ago. Kranji MRT, take SBS 170 all the way to Larkin. I'm nearby at Woodlands, Sembawang, Admiralty area ... so easy and near for me. (you can take the Causeway bus, cheaper, but I like to use EZLink) If you are from CBD... jialat liao Larkin, take no-frill express bus (normal VIP seat, not those double decker or VVVVVVVVVIP seat) RM30+ only. Bring own water bottle and bread/snacks. Coz buy at Larkin/mid-way are expensive by 20-80 cents or more If take bus from If you are slightly richer, go take the double-decker or fancy ones like Aeroline, First-coach, Odessey, etc. This takes into account your familiarity with causeway peak/jam hours, etc. and your willingness to WALK across the causeway when it is fully jammed up. Been there, done that. |
