Allo, its not all that rosy here lah. Discrimination is everywhere in any country. Perhaps less obvious here. I do feel it myself. At times you have to be in the 'circle' to go up. Else, better go and find some other companies.

Singapore is definitely less discriminatory compare to other nations. It a smaller case of course. May not be for you. But maybe for Indians, Pinoy and other nationalities.

btw, I am just giving warning to those who's applying jobs here. So, don't be surprise if your replies from employers are late or non existence. You have to be proactive and beat the rest (lower salary) if you are desparate. Hope this helps.
