My idea is that for a fixed amount of target calorie, i try to fill those calorie quota with as much protein as possible to prevent muscle loss, so carbs have to give way. Besides ketogenic diet works well for me.

Haha ya I think I have gone a little extreme. Btw anyone from Alor setar? Am gonna be posted there for 3 months wondering if theres any decent gym. And a workout partner for next transformation.

I am alor star but i am work in KL lol, hospital sultanah bahiyah? U can go gym at simpang kuala, there are 3 gettho gym, namely Rush gym which own by chinese, or another 2 gym own by malay, i think name faizal gym. Rm8 per entry, or monthly Rm120++

Wao, u sure make many gym rat there stare on u all the times. flex.gif
It is open 8.30 to 10pm daily

Thanks man. But this is not dry by my standards. There's still some annoying water retention. Dry is tomorrow. Will try to repeat pics.
