Prob is... 2 possible mistakes. Either carb load was too long, or too much. Insulin sensitivity probably went down. Hell even if my nutrient partitioning was thru the roof, the amount of cals still f***ed me over. I was trying to cut, not gain muscle. I guess gaining some lean muscle was a side effect so it's not that I'm 100% not satisfied. Thanks anyway. How was your CNY meals?

Btw, adding that lil' bit of healthy oils into 2 out of my 5-6 meals nowadays has clearly made me shed a few extra obvious spots of fat, well as far as my eyes can tell that is. Trying to keep a close eye even on the minute changes for my experiment.. laugh.gif

If you mean being in the gym, thats probly 6+ years. Went from 50kg to 80kg, but with lotsa fat gain in my opinion. Progress from there on was shitty until i looked into the diet seriously past 3 months. Bodybuilding is 70% kitchen 30% gym if you ask me.
