If you mean being in the gym, thats probly 6+ years. Went from 50kg to 80kg, but with lotsa fat gain in my opinion. Progress from there on was shitty until i looked into the diet seriously past 3 months. Bodybuilding is 70% kitchen 30% gym if you ask me.

High protein low carb, with carb reloading/cheat meal once a week. Think I m sub 70kg now, havent weighed myself for sometime. The diet has served quite well in preserving lean mass imo, although some loss is inevitable. Cooking own food is the key smile.gif took me 3 months to get those veins on the lower abs. Time to do some clean bulking.

Routine didnt change. 5 days split. Chest, back, shoulder, arms and legs. Cardio twice a week 5km run each. Diet is pretty standard.
Meal 1 whey 2 scoops
Meal 2 8 egg white 3 yolks
Meal 3 1.5 chicken breasts
Meal 4 1 chicken breast
Meal 5 post workout whey 2 scoops
Meal 6 steak/lamb/salmon/chicken breast 250gms with lotsa veg
Meal 7 whey 2 scoops
4 servings of Xtend through out the day
One cheat meal a week

My idea is that for a fixed amount of target calorie, i try to fill those calorie quota with as much protein as possible to prevent muscle loss, so carbs have to give way. Besides ketogenic diet works well for me.

Haha ya I think I have gone a little extreme. Btw anyone from Alor setar? Am gonna be posted there for 3 months wondering if theres any decent gym. And a workout partner for next transformation.
