Currently at 6% bf. To make my obliques damn defined, I have to shit a lot in the morning and avoid salt intake. Sometimes its what time during the day that you look at your abs that makes the difference too hahah.

2.6-2.7k. Supposed to be around 2.3k only based on the calculations but doesn't work for me.
