So those unit booked by foreigner cancel n re-offer to Malaysian?

Is the RM1m threshold effective immediately?

The RM1m thingie is supposed to be effective next year.

But the signing of SPA is estimated to be next year april.

So kena lar !

So people would say :- bring forward the SPA date lar !

So easy ? Bring forward just for those few buyers or bring forward for everyone ?

48 months for VP. Is it going to apply to these few buyers or for everyone ?

They cant bring forward the signing of SPA if APDL has not be issued.

If released it will benefit the local especially those who is keen to buy but left out. Am sure these units are good units. The setback for these units if released will be without the 5% early bird disc.

All I know is that the complex will house a high end wholesale center. Even the sales staff can't tell you much. As I said before, I think the success of the complex is critical. Maybe most investors & buyers prefer not to have the wholesale center bcoz many are scared it will become a lepak place for the trouble makers but I think the intention is to shield the lower units from the noise. Imagine all the buses passing by Jalan Pudu everyday. The management team of the wholesale center is super important.

I dont like the pudu raya bus terminal. Gov should move it out from city, it causes traffic jam. wonder what plan the gov has with this terminal... at least they have move all the southern buses to other terminal...

Will developer increase the price when buyers sign S&P on next year April? Coz developer have the right to amend the selling price anytime before buyer sign S&P. Since GST will kick in 1st April 2015, means extra construction cost for developer. Wonder how much the next block launching price...at least 6% increase blush.gif ?
