I checked today. The furnishing packages for those facing KLCC view is RM 139 psf. It is pricey. Better to get the non-furnished.

I have question. I saw there is a unit at level 10 and it is facing the wall of the mall. After discount it is RM 975 pst. Is it a good buy?

I took two units prices as comparisons, furnishing against non furnished and with RM 2K per floor difference. But I suppose it is plus or minus there. Even the Sales Rep agree its around RM 120-139. Depending on floors.
How much is yours?

They cant bring forward the signing of SPA if APDL has not be issued.

If released it will benefit the local especially those who is keen to buy but left out. Am sure these units are good units. The setback for these units if released will be without the 5% early bird disc.

There are too many new launches in KL town and KLCC area. Even though the location and price is good, but will there be an oversupply situation where too many vacant units for rent/sale?
