what type of high end wholesaler in robertzai?
wholesaler normally give an impression of lower end rather than high end..

We ask the SA, non of them can answer us this.

Do u mind to share with us the high quality brands that TSI will bring in to the mall, any tenant mix in your pipeline to share to all the robertson buyers.

Will it similar with GM Klang?

we are curious on the concept of the mall as the SA didnt reveal much to us. We are worried tht the mall will affect our sub sale price of the residential towers (investor point of view).

Is the retail lots for sale as well? if i am interested, how to go about it?

The mall is a joint venture.

At this moment. Gamuda is the majority shareholder. For long term Gamuda's branding image. Only selected high quality tenant will be consider as the joint venture offer discount rent.

All the retail lots is not for sales. The joint venture aim is long term rental income. Its business plan is at least own and operate 5 malls by 2020.

Wow, sounds good! Now we have high expectation on the "high quality" tenants tht gamuda might secure, after hearing from tmdsad.
Good job for Gamuda & TSI team.

The name Robertson sound so. English n historical place ... does not match the name of whole sale .
I am expecting more to high end.alfresco dining n English tea n coffee shop

Thanks for the info. If a high end grocery store can occupy the ground floor, that will be a bonus. rclxms.gif But I think the space is kinda limited.

9 storey mall, no joke...

Like Times Square in HK, also many storey but they segmentised it very well so that specify floor cater for specific category and there are many lifts at the main entrance with clear signboards. U can straight away choose the floor u want to go to for your target shopping. if window shopping up to u lah

high end high quality brand not easy. got pavilion, starhill and klcc not far away.
why come here. have to see your mixture of tenant list. what make u so specials.

avenue k revamp....mostly high and middle end and got Leica flagship store and few others.
but not easy to get all high end... Daiso, fos and some low and middle low end still need them to fill in the empty slot over there.
hopefully can do well.....or become another lot 10.......

just my point of view... i felt this robertzhai mall maybe become another intermark mall.

Ya, agree with HELLO HELLO. A high end cinema must be there to support the robertzhai wholesale mall.
i think tmdsad should look for anchor tenants such as cold storage/ jaya grocer for the convenient of the residential tower owners.

i dont think robertzhai will become another intermark but it might become another great eastern mall or worst.
Unless the management scrap the wholesale mall idea & consider other options. There are many successfull mall in bangkok, not only wholesale mall.

there are many case whereby the wholemall very successfull, end up the residential towers were suffering.
A good example would be the Plaza GM. The retail lots are doing good, rental were wery high but the residential tower were totally a disaster.
