Daiso, fos and some low and middle low end still need them to fill in the empty slot over there. hopefully can do well.....or become another lot 10....... just my point of view... i felt this robertzhai mall maybe become another intermark mall. A high end cinema must be there to support the robertzhai wholesale mall.i think tmdsad should look for anchor tenants such as cold storage/ jaya grocer for the convenient of the residential tower owners. i dont think robertzhai will become another intermark but it might become another great eastern mall or worst. Unless the management scrap the wholesale mall idea & consider other options. There are many successfull mall in bangkok, not only wholesale mall. there are many case whereby the wholemall very successfull, end up the residential towers were suffering. A good example would be the Plaza GM. The retail lots are doing good, rental were wery high but the residential tower were totally a disaster. |
