They promise air con with inverter?

Even for unfurnished unit, it comes with air con ,plaster ceiling, bathroom basin top, shower ... Just no cabinet and no kitchen, I once asked them the difference.

If I remember correctly, ff unit does not include tv, mattress, curtain, painting...

The floor tile material is the same for FF and UF right?
I was told, for UF Plaster Ceiling, it comes with no wiring and and opening for down light...

DORSETT is superbly located. RM200/sft is steep but fair, to me.

How much is Fairlane selling for?

Told Robertson considering open an access at the back side. Hope the developer will really do it for better accessibility.

I was asking the staff if there is any second entry point. They say will open another access at the back for car coming in and out from The Robertson. 2 Entry always better than 1.
