Thanks for the info bro. So I guess Gamuda does have a few high rise projects prior to this Robertson. I do hope they live up to their reputation by taking care of their investors' interest. Not like some "sold out not my problem" type of developers. Infrastructures around the buildings are important: accessible roads in & out, walkway to the LRT & MRT stations as well as maintenance to the buildings. Since they charge 50 cents psf for the maintenance fee, I guess they have more than enough to keep the buildings well maintained. The success of the shopping mall is important as well, must make sure they are managed by the right people.
