This is Gamuda Land's first highrise project. It will have a "new concept" SoHo-serviced apartments and retail for KL. The design may include a "sky bridge". The development is expected to rejuvenate the Bukit Bintang, as there are talks to connect KLIFD in San Peng Pudu to Bukit Bintang then one towards KLCC and another one towards Warisan Merdeka which will cover Plaza Rakyat/Jalan Pudu area. GDV >RM600 million mixed development. People are interested in this project is because of its LOCATION of seemingly close to Bukit Bintang. FYI, this project has a long list of registrants.
And also the developer has a reputation in terms of quality and price appreciation by looking at their sold out townships. (my god horizon hills in johor is soo crazy now)
Another thing is this project is will receive the spillover effect from the MRT - also by Gamuda for the tunnel part. The price in BB vicinity will change after MRT begins.
All other factors are out of topic... lol

I'm also hearing a "high quality" wholesale hybrid F&B mall. It CANNOT be the same as the Plaza GM in Chow Kit.
