Will developer increase the price when buyers sign S&P on next year April? Coz developer have the right to amend the selling price anytime before buyer sign S&P. Since GST will kick in 1st April 2015, means extra construction cost for developer. Wonder how much the next block launching price...at least 6% increase blush.gif ?

Type D(Kangkang Type) 657sqft and Type J(Corner unit, 689sqft).
Both on same floor. Type J price more expensive RM48k.

Which 1 will you choose?

Read somewhere residential feng sui, coz unit main door facing lift opening area, Sha Qi(bad movement of air flow).
