Price should be very high. Can see it from the many luxury facilities.

Maintenance also killing expensive.

I am thinking of getting the 800+ size ( 2 beds)...like it very much and need one investment @bukit bintang

I have booked the one bed + one office jv with friend.

Their launching price now is 989 psf after early bird discount.5%.

I also booked the low medium cost apartments which is next to valencia and walking distance to sg buluh mrt price is very very cheAp.

public cant buy this sg buluh unit due to balance of some unsold bumi lot.
