My passat loan approved today. But plan to get car end august. How compare 3M with Llumar? Any advice.

Currently using 3M on my car, not too bad. Was using V-Kool previously. Both also the same I feel, can't really tell much difference. Haven't had an opportunity to try Llumar.

Any possible we can rectify the genuine dealer dealing with 3M or Llumar? My friend recently experience that had installed 3M, when claim warranty, 3M informed the model installed is not 3M ranges of products.

3m is good.. best tint i ever used... to test whether is genuine 3m or not (crystaline Series), spray water at the windscreen, then see the glass got any RED reflection or not.. if got means genuine..

Have u used Llumar before? 3M also has the theft break protection?

Anyone ever done MTM tuning before?

Recently saw 2 units Mk5 07/08 with dual-tone interior ( Mocha + Grey ).

What kind of spec are these models?

It it lower spec than the regular full grey interior models or just purely different coloured interior only.

Kinda like the civic 1.8 and civc 2.0 interior difference...?

3. Chassis number in accordance to your docs (windscreen)
4. All vehicle lights - signal light, daylight running, headlamps, fog lamps, highlight
5. All doors/trunk/hood/sunroof/side mirrors open,closes,folds,operates properly
6. Paint job - scratches, dirt, dust
7. All Tyres are the same brand/size/thread wear - inflated appropriately
8. Scratches on rims, brake pads, run your fingers through brake rotor, warped? Wavy?
9. Quality of tinting if any - bubbles, dirt
10. Spare wheel, tools, emergency kit, boot cover
11. Floormat - all sides
12. Wiper and signal stalk working properly
13. Audio quality and settings/aux wires/ speakers cracking?
14. Check if car tilts to any side (absorbers?)
15. No warning lights on dashboard
16. Start the engine. Does it hesitate? It shouldn't.
17. air cond blows nicely, no funny sounds
18. Rpm needle stable - all other needles pointing ok?

this one? nothing low spec about having different color, in fact my mk5 with exterior blue color also has that brown interior it is pretty rare. i think this car is good, low mileage, 100% stock, seems to be taken care by the owner, and good price. it seems to be local spec too

it also has buttons on the steering wheel, some has the older style buttons, some dont have.
