thanks for the tips! so, can i skip whey protein and substitute it with eggs? coz it'll gonna be a very tight budget considering on whey protein and creatine somehow. i'm still a student lagi.
i don't think that eggs is cheaper. i'm a student too, and i've calculated the cost already. unless if are thinking of taking only 2 eggs per day.

i usually buy at wet market. 1 kg = Rm12 or sometimes RM11 .. The market aunty said the price will change from time to time
i get it at rm10 per kg and they debone + deskin for me too... so a meal cost me approx rm3 + my sauce..
its 9.50 1kg i bought it every weeks
Added on November 15, 2011, 2:19 pm my parents grabbed like 8-9 kg chicken breast then the counter people just stare at them they buy for me
If my memory serves me well, a scoop of whey protein has approx 24/25g protein which is 4 times that in an egg. If u can find the cheapest whey protein, each scoop will then cost approx RM3 and the cheapest egg u can get is 35cents?
So eggs are cheaper but u have to go thru the hassle of preparing it.

You can't out train a bad diet. Bodybuilder can cut with diet alone and no cardio. But they can't cut with cardio alone and a bad diet. And no offense, you seriously need to cut to show that impressive mass underneath the bodyfat. Stick with it. Perseverance bro.
just to check on the following: 1. given that chest is a bigger muscle group, can we train the same everyday (+ other part)?
2. can we train bicep and tricep in a same day or must do seperately?
3. a day for back or mix with others?
1. Eat, train, rest. There's no point to train a bodypart everyday, and if you do you're probably not training it hard enough.
2. No problem, up to you to group.
3. Again, muscle grouping is up to you. But if you choose to group big parts like legs and back on the same day, you're definitely going to be very exhausted.

this i know. just wanna know if i can train chest and abs everyday as i know bicep and triceps we have to tarin in alternate days for it to rest and recovery...

If you know rest and recovery is important, why do you still want to train chest and abs everyday? Your chest muscles are built the same as your bicep muscles. Muscle fibers are still muscle fibers.

i have read somewhere, for bigger muscle groups, is fine to train everyday, hence my question. for small grounds, i allow them to rest 1 day intervally. btw, my tranining is only from mon to fri, weekends rest. i stand to be corrected.

Can you provide the link where you read it from? Would be better if you posted your training routine and the days you do it.

back to the gym after 3 busy weeks.... str decreased a lot... weird thing is weight decrease too....
You're probably a natural ecto. The moment you stop maintaining it you lose the muscle you pack on. I know how much it sucks to see strength decrease after a layoff.
Once I recover from my fractured ankle enough to squat, I expect to struggle squatting 135 lbs.

cant recall where i read it my routine (for comments)
day 1: Chest, abs and shoulder [cardio] day 2: Chest, abs, biceps and triceps [cardio] day 3: Chest, abs, shoulder [cardio] day 4: repeat day 1 day 5: repeat day 2
weekends off. somtimes, i just do 2-3 days, depending on my tight sch, so i wil adjust accordingly.
skipping legs at the moment as i injured my lower body (dont know how to describe the part), worrying that i might injure it again.
