If you can train chest every day, you're training with waaaayyy subobtimal intensity.

I'm sorry if I'm being a little sarcastic here, but still my level of sarcasm is overshadowed the the immensity of suckiness my eyes just witnessed. Sorry. sad.gif

And where is your back training? Somebody give this man a proper routine!

same goes to guys that don't do legs, just train upper parts. i can't brain this. maybe he's doing pushups everyday, and no sore at all, or perhaps his pain receptor already malfunction. laugh.gif

say for day 1, i can contineiously do without resting in between, then day 2, will take longer to complete so etc loh

ops sorry, back is combined with chest, abs, shoulder, in day 1 routine.

no la.. 20 pushups at home in the am at times. in gym, > 30 kg (cant remember exactly the weight need to see the machine to tell), 5 sets, 8 reps.

weight is subjective. if that's your max weight, fair enough.
but only 5 sets for chest? i guess i know why u can do it for 5 days straight...

5-6 sets? how many exercise? only 1? i'm doing six types of exercise with 4 sets each for my chest, and its gonna sore for 3-4 days. hmm.gif

vary your training bro. as for me, im alternating upper body and lower body+back exercise. Doing 3 sets for every exercise now.

You know? Even I, with my lower back injury + 3 surgeries done on it have made an effort to work all bodyparts. Even a BASIC trainee knows not to do each bodypart EVERYday.

Bodybuilding = recovery = bodybuilding.

I would expect you to read at least one damn sticky before you post nonsense like this. OR are you deliberately being a troll? Because it's not funny. Go ask other regs if I normally explode like this. That post about your workout routine was pathetic.

i did 6 types for chest day
or if u wan fast
i recommend u go for silicone implant
