its not me, but my bro-in-law and 2 friends did that and success (even get the cards within 2 hours).
no need bank statements.

I might want to go and apply for increase of credit limit soon cause I want to take advantage of the 12 months 0% balance transfer. It has already been 6 months since I got the cards.

But my EA and BE form figures are different by quite a huge amount. I applied my card using my pay slip only, lets say 30K. EA form also shows 30K. However, lets say I rob people as my part time job at night and I had declared it in my BE form April this year making it to say to 50K.

So am I eligible for credit limit based on 50K income or just 30K from the salary slip?

BE form should always be same or higher than EA form(s) for the same period because you are only transferring or combining the figures shown in one or more EA forms to the BE form.

Income from illegal sources are not taxable because there is no legal documentation for such monies and thus nothing to submit for taxation. This is not to say there are no means to legalise such incomes by creation of fake/incorrect documentation but this is really out of topic.

I have other source of income that is taxable just that it is not in any form of official papers. Probably I can print out an A4 paper and have it signed. Thats all. And I did declared it in my BE form and paid my tax for that income.

I would think that the banks would consider BE Form. The application form states Income not Salary right.

it is depend on when you would do your spending
becoz only on weekend give you 5% rebate + 5X TP for amex card


2. is the charges to you when you have outstanding balance and not able to payback intime then the 8.88% interest will start charging you



for amex usage, depend for now not so popular in malaysia but major shop do accept amex, pls refer to amex 1.1 thread for places that accept amex payment

better apply using latest 2 months salary slip.

if salay rm5k and above then no problem to get the plat card.

My previous Classic Visa (not even Gold) Cl was 22K (awesome coz the annual fee was like 60 bucks only) and when I upgraded to the Platinum, they increased it to 30K

well weird part, they told me hilang liau .. then next day called me found it .. and need 2 more pending information .. say have to wait 1 more week.. which i doubt? if hantar call centre, i think 3 weeks more ..

then i asked them how to know if okay or reject, they said hantar surat .. hmm!
