is it possible to apply maybankard through phone? I didn't see any maybank at shopping center and too busy to visit the bank >.<

But you can reduce the excange rate by making paypal being your middle man... so it will charge your card in RM rather then USD biggrin.gif..
However if you pay by visa/master its not needed as paypal's forex rate is a bit higher.

PS. Just received email that they have submitted my application to processing department.. yawn.gif When can I call them to ask for status smile.gif? I can't wait xD haha

Edited: Called up MMB; They appealing coz I got hire purchase and saving with MBB. She said I should called earlier for pre-approval -.-

haiz.. received letter today and said "we have recently reviewed your application... unable to assist you at this time"
but i appeal this week.. now letter only arrived. I hope appeal is successful

is it possible to visit maybankard regional centre to follow up with appeal. My card is appealing appeal now. I think this matter is getting out of hand. I personally think that I would like to speaking to someone knowledgeable at this matter.

Thanks for the info.. I have appealed and appealing the appeal coz the person submited the wrong appeal. I got approved when I called CS on Tuesday for Gold. Was approved due to car loan which I got from maybank ages ago.
Took me 1 month for application and appeals filled.
tongue.gif I hope I get my card soon. Need to go KL tomorrow.. can have shopping spree during the weekend lol

lol just received a SMS regarding my approval.. delayed for 3 days >.<.. MBB said card has been passed to the postal service. Waiting for poslaju before I go kl.

finally got my card after 1 month..
Apply>reject>appeal>reject>appeal apeal>approved>card send out to billing>not in, at pos office>sat card goes back to KL due to misscommunication with CS>mon reach 1 utama>tuesday pos back to me>now i got it

Sad though.. only manage to get gold :< oh well, better then nothing

so far all paypal transaction happens straight away. Coz paypal will charge your card first.. then only send to merchant.

mine got rejected and I ask them to appeal their decision and reappeal-appeal decision.
took me a month to get a card but at least at the end i got it smile.gif. No harm trying.
if you got a car/house loan it will be easier
