wanna ask. i applied the cards 3 weeks ago at the maybank branch at uptown. But no news

so how can i follow up on my application status?

called the number few times, just ring ring and masuk voice call .. ouch!

i am required to call the branch directly thanks anyway the 1300 is the right one

never submit to maybank damansara uptown branch ... can you imagine that? i submitted 3 weeks ago.. nothing, yesterday they called me .. said they may lost the documents, they said already hantar to call centre, then call centre no receive ...

so ask me go back and re-do the whole process and wait another 3 weeks.. i won't ..

i will complain to the right department on this!

well weird part, they told me hilang liau .. then next day called me found it .. and need 2 more pending information .. say have to wait 1 more week.. which i doubt? if hantar call centre, i think 3 weeks more ..

then i asked them how to know if okay or reject, they said hantar surat .. hmm!

alright, so they will send a letter to confirm pass or fail? or normally will they call one?
