Yeah a new thread where the post count is disabled is a great idea. Not too happy with all this spam as it inflates the post count, especially for those intentionally abusing it

Just want to check, i just got charged this month for the Rm50 principal tax, if i redeem using points for the RM50 will it credit back into my account? or can i only redeem that tax voucher for next year's tax

if you got enough point you can just give them a call

never submit to maybank damansara uptown branch ... can you imagine that? i submitted 3 weeks ago.. nothing, yesterday they called me .. said they may lost the documents, they said already hantar to call centre, then call centre no receive ...

so ask me go back and re-do the whole process and wait another 3 weeks.. i won't ..

i will complain to the right department on this!

Go to 1U Maybank Card Centre - one to two hours processing.

ya..just go for 1U card center instead of all the brances..

and it will credit back to your account the following month, like my case.

on the page where we need to enter our CC or ATM card for redemption no amex as option so do we just fill in the visa/master card that come together with amex or can we also use ATM card number for redemption?

AMEX only....

I believe Visa and MC have more merchants coverage than AMEX. So it's no point of listing out.

There is a point, instead of using Visa or MC at these merchants, use our MBB 2 AMEX to earn 5X Treas Points

Yes. True for AMEX but not Visa/MC.

Merchants that offer EzyPay with Visa/MC could be too too long.

during online redemption, can i enter my ATM card number for redemption or only visa or mastercard?
