If your loan reject, you can take back your booking fees. |

Very good for retiring people. I like the idea of having a college (should provide a steady supply of tenants) and mid size hypermart (easy for groceries shopping). Not sure about this care home though. How are they going to execute this? This is not going to fit into the whole commercial element of the last phase. Retired aunties and uncles should preferred somewhere more tranquil. |

I ask someone PJD staff, impossible Swiss Garden build here instead PJD will locate new hotel in youone area.
If future college, I am more worry pak awang enter youcity. Please, better not. Subang, Sunway and Awana is learn of lesson. Be matured for this issues.

Swiss garden is just a guess on my part as I am not familiar with PJD's hotel brands. Well, everything has its pros and cons. On this college issue, if it's indeed a hotel management course i think their focus is more on local students la. Anyway nothing has been confirm, no point to speculate. |
