Any fellow buyers of You Vista (You City phase 2) over here? I am slghtly concern on the non-activity around the site of the condo. I rmbr the SA told me that the 1st drawdown will be around May, but up to now still nothing. From the photos, only Phase 1 is starting to be built now....any latest info?

i see...but ya, mine case was exactly the same. the 1st person loan was rejected. and i was lucky to be there at the right time... thts why the no. was pretty "ong"

You serious, youcity in malay reserver land, that means chinese 100% cant buy at all and even the developer also cant transfer out.

I think a lot of investors is looking at least around 1.5k rental for studio one room unit and 2.5k for 2 rooms unit after 2017.

Not sure if that is even possible.

The current asking price for this completed condo is already 700 psf.
While I understand that we cannot make an apple to apple comparison with You City, I think it would not be too far fetch to suggest that the asking price for You City upon completion in 3 years time would be able to at least match that of Amaya.

Do keep in mind that Amaya is lease hold vs You City which is free hold.

Amaya does have the advantage of being located in the heart of Cheras, within a well established neighbourhood. However, I do feel that if PJD play their cards right with You Place/You Festival Walk (rumoured to have a hotel, college and hypermart) then they can turn this into a mini self sustaining township on its own. If residents still feel the need to travel to Maluri, then it is just 5 stops away via MRT.

Any views from the rest of the forumers?

SA told me bumi lot can pay extra fees to convert. So, when the bumi lot release for other buyer is not cheap anymore.

About MRL, can we check with snp lawyer or bank legal? I don't think bank will stupid to take risk give a loan to buyer where the land was under MRL.

And PJD must check with the landlord before progress anything to start selling this project.

I think tht is different case. as far as i know, PJD top management purchased quite number of units.
