I am buying for investment. However, after looking at the facilities provided more clearly (got no time to look at the sales gallery), a bit tempted for own stay. Anyway, i think it's a worthwhile investment. I mentioned the reason in my previous post taking AmayaMaluri as an example.

Just completed n selling for RM 700 psf. Who is to say You Vista will not at least match that price 3 years down the road with MRT there? And You vista is freehold as well. It is also just one stop away from Cheras sentral, which is being propsed as the interchange station to MRT line 2.

What do you think? brows.gif

We go through the project again and again and I think the project is very good for investment. Although many people around me say "future price". For me the main attraction of the project is the "freehold" and "MRT".

We look around Cheras area, Permaisuri high end condo and none of them is freehold. Long term we will get it back. It's just a matter of time.

"MRT" I don't know how many tai ko here lived within walking distant (5 minutes walk) to a LRT station. Well, I am. Seriously the effect of walking distant is big. This may be the main factor in determining future property prices. 5 minutes walking distant and 5 minutes driving distant make a lot of difference.

Besides from the the shoplot, security, swimming pools and etc is all the things that people want in the future. All the condo now has a swimming pool. All the people now want easy access to food and shops just to save time.

Financial Crisis or not, QE3 or not, look... Malaysia has to progress. Malaysians don't want to live in flats anymore. Malaysians are willing to pay to buy a good house. that's my point of view. Besides, I think Malaysia "future salary" will be better than now.

for hotel...i m quite confident... afterall PJD has got hotel industry in their pocket.... but hypermarket or college will be interesting ......

i hear my relative said, who working with the developer @ subang.

college plan is the = hotel management/cooking

hypermarket plan = mid size

hospital plan= more like a care home, target retire group of people

I like the "care home + retire+ medical services+ small shop+MRT ". Very good for retiring people. rclxms.gif
