Tot developer there going to manage the shops... With good management they can manage the balance of number of f&b, convenient store, retails, salon, servicing and others. Make sure non are over supply n maintain the shop quality....

Don't give too much hope on Pjd. Their Endah Promenade shop area and car park also not very good... Look like another hit n run for developer. Good luck.....

The success of the mall is critical for the project. I agree with you that we need to protect the image. Especially with competition from upcoming malls in Eko business park, cheras sentral and existing leisure mall. Cheras folks will be spoilt for choices, so they need some USPs to bring the crowds in.
