We were there a few times from 3 - 5 pm but never once did we get any foul smell. We walked from the entrance right to the banyan semi d and hanged around half and hour around the completed banyans. However, there was a nice smell akin to baked bread in a visit a few months ago but it was a very slight smell.

and they don't buy this because they feel it's overpriced compared to their current dwelling? or compared to other developments? if compared to current dwelling, of course it is. if compared to other developments, i think it's competitively priced.

Maybe abit far from City centre, it actually depend of personal preference... For me I will choose somewhere near to city centre if budget is allowed, just my own preference.

That may be true for your customers. A 20 x 70 terrace by PKNS is only 280K in Antara Gapi near Serendah. In Kuala Selangor, a PKNS single storey bungalow 50 x 80 is only 315K blink.gif , ready with CF some more blink.gif . Very tempted to buy one for retirement home.

It all depends where you want to end up.

If you are referring to the semi-ds, I have compared them to those leasehold ones across the main road and find the banyanI prices very cheap. Furthermore, KL-K's workmanship is excellent and the value of freehold property is obvious to all. I am a buyer and speak objectively.

I don't see values (personally) in Iphone/GalaxyNotes, I think they are over priced, but there are plenty of youngsters still in colleges or those who just started working bought them....and these things drop in price by the days !!
My wife and me are of the opinion that we cant't AFFORD them!! smile.gif

3. Sitting hall - 2 x 2 polished tiles, very light yellow,  with side skirting
Brother, I wonder if I went to a different unit where the hall tile is of light grey. The unit is adjacent to a corner unit and the worker says all units have the same tile color. ?? I just want to make sure that I didn't go to see the wrong unit, as it might well be a show unit for Banyan phase II...the porch I saw also looks smaller. Maybe optical illusion!
