Maybe it is a bit late to ask - but any Banyan buyers here feel any problems with Banyan not having a front window/ glass door? Have to install peephole/CCTV to see who is knocking on your door/ gate. The corner window may not provide enough angle.

By the way, the unit in photos is not my unit. Not enough dough to buy corner...

awiva I was there Sunday 6pm same time/day as you I was at the top roll Duranta area I did smell the smell like those ppl in DC. Did you smell it? but it just a short period only. Not sure is from those top plam tree area or from DC side?

Don't remember smelling anything.

But if you can smell 'it' from that far, won't the smell would be overpowering at the source itself?
The next time I will drop by DC on the way back and hang around there for a TT.


You sure Duranta got metal roof tresses? I saw some Bromelia units roof being built, they were all wood tresses.

Awiva forget those complete units 100% lock scare we damage it.i always visit those half done unit can fineout more details.
Hope i was wrong about the smell.
Base on my many times visit BSCsite Banyan n Bromelia 100% is wood roof structure Duranta mix Oleander from my S&P it mention metal roof structure.

Anyone having photos of the interior of the banyan units? That is a great help. The last time we paid a visit, they disallowed cameras. Just look see only.

Btw, any ideal about primary and secondary school around BSC? If there are no schools around BSC for the next few years, look like have to travel all the way back to BSD (20+ km), where I am staying now.

There is a primary school already built in DC. You can go DC to find out.

There are few lot reserved for primary and secondary school, even international school. With majority population in BSC are Chinese, I believe there will have chinese school among the schools, but still depend on the Government approval, and coming election lo..

These are the schools around BSC:

SK/SMK Puncak Alam (1) ~ 8KM (approximate)
SK Puncak Alam (2) & (3) ~ 8km
SK Merbau Sempak ~ 7km
SK Bukit Cerakah ~ 7km
SK Saujana Utama ~ 9km

Recently this thread is so quiet. Guys, just to inform you that for my Bromelia unit, I just received the letter for another 20% payment, now already until the stage of internal and external finishes of the building, soon it can be completed!

They said have too many bumi lots remain unsold, and the government not allow to convert the units so soon, make their project stuck there.. @@

Start to pay more $$ to bank at less it start to progress building.
Just to double check with you, your unit is the second row actually is progess faster that my, has klk charges you the second 15%?
