QUOTE(prozak53 @ Mar 14 2012, 11:53 AM) Glad if you find it informative.Btw I am a Bromelia purchaser...maybe as retirement home, because the location is not that far from KL/PJ where all the happenings are (heavy traffic, noises, congestions, more suitable for younger people.. In fact, I 1st passed this KLK estate 12 years ago, even before Desa Coalfields was built. This post has been edited by seneador: Mar 17 2012, 01:31 PM |

Borrowed the map from The Star ad today, showing possible future alternative road to BSC from PJ/KD.
The HELP Univ new campus is under construction now. With RRI development, the new road from KD via RRI to the HELP Univ is look like inevitable. The Elmina Interchange is already there waiting to be connected from this road. If this road become reality in a few years time, this will surely help travelling from/to BSC. |

QUOTE(prozak53 @ Apr 25 2012, 03:20 PM) Before I proceed, please refer to http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Can_there_be_thu...thout_lightning. Analyze what I'm trying to say before screaming bloody murder. Well said and thanks for the info. Thank you for bringing this up. It's all about insulation and its effect on sound. Of course any child will know that thunder is louder. Like I've said, for the sound to be ear-shattering, the LIGHTNING strike, that creates the sound of thunder, could be spot on or very close by. It's a qualified question which you are the one who have not addressed in a comprehensible manner, but instead chose to spew pathetic insinuations. By the way, before I posted my comments yesterday, I asked myself "Does 'Supreme' have a sense of humour?" "Sure" I said. But I guess I'm wrong. In fact I had planned to enlighten interested fellow BSC forummers on the previous query about the party wall issue, but now I guess I'll 'let sleeping dogs lie.' Cheers!!! I personally like well supported info rather than 'personal view' |

QUOTE(koht04 @ Jul 3 2012, 10:37 PM) I don't see values (personally) in Iphone/GalaxyNotes, I think they are over priced, but there are plenty of youngsters still in colleges or those who just started working bought them....and these things drop in price by the days !!My wife and me are of the opinion that we cant't AFFORD them!! Other non-community matters of BSC can be discussed here...http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1875222 This post has been edited by seneador: Jul 8 2012, 11:07 AM |

Your are very hardworking these pictures was get from Oleander site. QUOTE(mr.stl @ Oct 24 2012, 10:30 AM) To Bromelia buyers which facing mini garden, Hope these 2 pics helpful. The open space was constructed the way it is because of the land terrain and to minimise land cutting...Anyone can provide a snapshot this garden, as i need the photo to attach to my letter as i will write in to KLK to address my expectation on their garden buildup concept. I don't accept a garden design which is surronding wrap with simen, garden concept should be in green. The design is out of expectation. Hope anyone nearby can snap and attached here, I would to fight better garden design from KLK. I need your support. Regards, One of the Bromelia owner. |

QUOTE(BSCalex @ Nov 8 2012, 04:17 PM) BSC is very much smaller that KD or BU from this view Actually BSC (1,000 acres) is only the start of KLK properties development within its 7,000 acres land in the area. See my previous post on their advertisement in early Sept 2012.http://wikimapia.org/#lat=3.2305762&lon=10...98&z=13&l=0&m=b See this http://wikimapia.org/#lat=3.2469094&lon=10...54&z=14&l=0&m=b The area is made up of Tuan Mee Estate, Coalfields Estate and Bukit Darah Estate. |

My take on this development is that it attracts mostly (80 %?) residents and mid to long term investors (can't avoid this) with holding capacities.
Flippers do not favour this development because they can't cover their maximum loans' monthly repayments with rentals for this area. This post has been edited by seneador: Jan 24 2013, 01:30 PM |
