On the discussion of renovating/building out the RC platform or front balcony, I am tempted too but will want to check with a contractor before deciding further. See whether it is a good choice or not first

Yeah, really glad that you guys update pics on this thread - helps to have an idea how things are going on over at the site.

*About the road, I think it is just not flattened out yet? After all, they are still under construction, I am guessing that they will flatten and paved the road?
