If there is a powder or toilet room your S&P drawing should have mention it. Maybe what you saw is banyan unit.

feirie have you start payment 2nd 10%? I did see some pillars but not very 100% is ours? btw you are in which road?

1A/7 your unit should be facing westbocoz allface east was sold out during my last visit Klkin Nov signing agreement . How is the response now still having lots

feirie, Ours should be a bit slow lah! have you pay-up any beside the first 10%? I just receive letter from KLK rushing my lawyer to settle all documents with bank side. Maybe they wanted to charges me the next 10%?

I was like those others forum member buyer of Oleander. Bocoz this was my first time joining forum so I used the name BSCalex. there is a way from SS2 to BSC only pay 1 toll at Guthrie RM1.40 use Subang airport road reach Denai Alam turn in Guthrie highway. I try before Jalan Kuala Selangor is more longer and jam.
That is another way without paying toll use Glenmarie exit to Guthrie before toll keep left at exit to Jalan Sg Buluh and turn in to Jalan Batu Arang at end it will reach Jalan Meru just in fornt will be BSC site. Many those staying at Saujana Utama & Punck ALam resident are using this road to PJ or Shah Alam. A bit long but no need to pay a cent of toll.
I timed from Saujana/Ara Damasara interchange to BSC[Jalan Sg Buluh>Guthrie>Jalan Kuala Selangor] without jam is only lest that 25~35min.
If use Batu Arang morning sure will be very jam.
I currently is staying at PJ SS4 area so I mostly go BSC cut through Ara Damasara to Subang airport.
Guthrie highway before reach Bukit Jelutong area sure no jam. Subang airport road depending time.
I like this BSC is bocoz is more quite not like PJ so crowded and RM700K below still can buy corner lot

I was at klk during their luanching shop lot day but i was collecting my olenader documents i very sure was around 12-1pm.did make a ask but Was told by those sales agent all units is sold off. Since their will have more shop lot at phase 2 be more early next time lah!

pay a vist to BSC site Wednesday. Wow all of them is still rushing even is a holiday. The guard told me the site road is good condition today even allow me to drive-in according to him many buyer come to have a look at morning maybe most of them think got a show house there. Have some words with a Chinese contractor according to him there is 3 sub-con doing this BSC. 1 taking care Bromelia & Banyan another was incharges just Duranta and 1 more was just Oleander units.
As we know 2 unit Banyan house side by side which like all most done he told me is going to be show house. Not very sure about it but hear from KLK office guys there going to luanch the Banyan II sometime in Jun/Jul. Maybe this is way they are so rushing it to be ready! At less something to show new buyer
Contractor told me they rushing and hopefully can handover Bromelia & Banyan this year end back klk. Some of you may even can have key before CNY also very soon we all can drive-in to have close look at our dream house
feirie Oleander is starting structural building for 1st row 1A/1
Ya! The contractor told me do not worry about upper barthroom water leaking problem they have tested with 6cm water level leave stay in barthroom a week before doing the tiles. He also very scare complaint from us.
I monitor Bromelia & Banyan all the roof top was like using wood not metal as structural is it correct according to your specification on S&P?

U r in the right place, ie Bsc is the most potential housing property development in sg buluh, cause me and my wife survey sometime the market price and statergy area for this housing area around here ...

Make a drop to BSC site today weather & site road condition was so nice I mange to driver my small car deep into Oleander area. From the Oleander road 1A/7 end we can view to far distance until Meru tambahan road.
Those units already complete we unable to go inside as all the door was locked!

I personally do not think there is any show unit at Phase 1 area. Bocoz none of those ready complete units at Banyan 1C/8 (2)[No2 & 2A], Bromelia 1B/2 (2)or Duranta 1A/1 (2)[No25 & 27] is not doing any interior job.
Maybe KLK does not need to have any show unit to promote sales
Call-up my lawyer firm regarding some of my documents did ask them Banyan II launching time, it should be around in July.
The big TNB area which is beside Duranta is lower ground area not same lever with Duranta. The Pesiaran Serai Wangi road behind Duranta 1A/7 is around 3/4 storey high, distance is at less 50~60ft to house.
Advise to does want to visit site make sure not raining for many days, pick some those at Public holiday (most worker maybe off & less lori) and you may able to drive till Duranta road 1A/7.

Welcome Homez. I was there too on Sunday but is was just too heavy raining. So did not do in to view the progress. Hope you will upload some photos to share with us!

awiva I was there Sunday 6pm same time/day as you I was at the top roll Duranta area I did smell the smell like those ppl in DC. Did you smell it? but it just a short period only. Not sure is from those top plam tree area or from DC side?

Awiva forget those complete units 100% lock scare we damage it.i always visit those half done unit can fineout more details.
Hope i was wrong about the smell.
Base on my many times visit BSCsite Banyan n Bromelia 100% is wood roof structure Duranta mix Oleander from my S&P it mention metal roof structure.
