I am actually late buyer for Oleander.
Now waiting for my loan agreement estimate 2 months later.
So I am not starting to pay anything yet

1A/7 your unit should be facing westbocoz allface east was sold out during my last visit Klkin Nov signing agreement  . How is the response now still having lots

feirie, Ours should be a bit slow lah! have you pay-up any beside the first 10%? I just receive letter from KLK rushing my lawyer to settle all documents with bank side. Maybe they wanted to charges me the next 10%?
Few days back I just saw a ads in Selangor Newspaper looklike the Aerca is left only Bumi lot.
This Sat I will drop there to see how is our progress.
I have make a count we should have around 32 buyer members of 763 units.

Feirie did you received letter form klk my Oleander have reach the first 10% foundation.
Start to pay more $$ to bank  at less it start to progress building.
Just to double check with you, your unit is the second row actually is progess faster that my, has klk charges you the second 15%?

Correct my previously error only 2 contractor in BSC phase1 not 3. [information from the building site, a board named all those company involve the project]

Anyone from Oleander get letter collect keys from klk?
Vist BSC last Sunday looking at the Oleander situation still a lot touch-up jobs and it may delay hand-over as my signing SnP date is due. 

Oleander finally got the VP letter now waiting bank release the loan
btw klk charges maintenance fee RM450.00 (1/1/2014 -  30/6/2014) for re-bush collection, drain clearing, grass cutting and etc... is it same to all others?
So this mean MDKS will not charges us during this period?

appointment next week
checked before got few area need to highlight or complaint.
