Just got my family an unit of Areca, planning for own stay.

Btw, mind to share which bank did you obtain housing loan? What is the max loan margin? Rate? KLK didn't list their panel banker...

Just received two banks offer home loan.

Ocbc offer loan up to age 70 at BLR - 0.24% (with optional 20% extra loan for renovation interest rate at BLR - 0%).

Rhb offer loan up to age 65 at BLR - 2.45% (was having bad experience with Rhb in previous home loan, always late release progressive payment during construction period).

Different of about RM10 saving, if choose Rhb, but Ocbc offer additional renovation loan... Tought decision.

Any advise? Thanks.

Just a bit of concern, any 'good' primary and secondary schools near by BSC? I am staying Bandar Sri Damansara at the moment, plan to move to BSC in 2-3 years time.

Staying in an apartment in BSD, would like to stay in a landed property, BSC is more affordable, where BSD landed properties' price are double of BSC. Thanks.

Haha! Later will be looking for semi-D in BSB (Bandar Sri Bangsar), then... bangalow in BSA (Bandar Seri Ampang).

Btw, any ideal about primary and secondary school around BSC? If there are no schools around BSC for the next few years, look like have to travel all the way back to BSD (20+ km), where I am staying now.

Went to BSC this afternoon and took some pictures of Areca. Looks like Areca is having different type of fence... not like the Bomelia/Duranta/Bayan's green colour fence, the fence around Areca is silver in colour, hope it is better type of fence (kindly refer picture #7 with red boxed area).

Actually, the fence is not there yet, we saw those fencing 'tiang' in silver colour, look like a bit more solid than the green colour fencing... please refer pixs below.
