I stay at DC. Sorry to inform the smell is for real but not at the alarming level that scared ppl away like someone has just bumped into ghost.

Smell comes and goes. Just like our haze condition. If you stay at Klang area, you would know what kind of air quality in the morning session - smokes from burning bushes.

Good and bad conditions are everywhere; there is no way to hide or avoid.

In fact, the smell at DC has reduced tremendously in frequency and density.

So, no need to cabut...enjoy the serene living environment at DC.

I love to stay there much more now. No traffic, no kacau kacau, etc. - except sometimes, traffic from lembus and monkeys jumping around. So you could enjoy full peace and harmony - day n nite time.

It is ideal for long term investment because of the affordable house pricing - big land for corner house at RM330K plus, mana mau cari? Somemore freehold - buy one and renovate into big mansion and won't cost more than RM500k in total.

So think again. biggrin.gif

You people thinking so far ahead, already plan renovation.
Maybe can get together to buy in bulk, get group discount e.g. solar power unit
If the supplier is assured of few units in one area, maybe can get good discount.

Usually quite difficult to get developer to do something not already in the S&P, as can get very messy.
KLK is not the super friendly type, if you ask me.

Small-time developer is more flexible and could take higher risk because if anything goes wrong against the law, they can just tah pao and disappear. However, big-time developer such as KLK cannot afford to bend on the rules, or else deep shit follows and who is going to feed their thousands of employees? shakehead.gif

There is a primary school already built in DC. You can go DC to find out. biggrin.gif

Why don't you consider DC just opp BSC? The prop price there is considerably affordable - Corner Freehold 20x70 2,050 sq ft RM485K and Intermediate 22x65 1600 sq ft RM345K.

Thanks for your information. But I think it is a bad planning from KLK to allocate a power station so near Duranta and Bromelia. Definitely it would affect the sub-sale market price for these units later. Imagine the situation like the power station located in between BSD and DDamai - so many cables flying everywhere!!
