There is a loan called ' koperasi loan ' just for government servant ONLY, interest rate around 3-4%++ loan amount =200k repayment period up to 20 years. THey special part is, your income less than 1.5k or 2k also can apply.

For approval wise, as long your ccris & ctos record is fair. Should be not a problem
U just need to request for your superior or head of department signature will do, bcoz the loan eventually will direct deduct from your payroll every month.

Perhaps you can try easy RHB base on your basic salary. Fast approval but rate quite high.

i just apply for maybank , my gross income is 2750 ... the banker say max is 11k only i can apply.... that is 4x my income

Bank offer loan amount based on your nett income, normally around 4-7 times of your nett. ( after deduct epf, socso, income tax)

Hi there, whether you can get another personal loan depends on your total commitment with other banks. You may opt to consolidate your credit card n personal loans with 1 bank only and finance with them. This program is called Balance Transfer loan and it will reduce your commitment overall.
If your total gross salary is 3.5k, you may apply with Al Rajhi Bank. Do you have any fixed allowance ?

There is a statement;
from 13.45%p.a. flat that is equivalent to EIR 24% p.a; what is it actually means?

I hv already got a PL 13k with B Rakyat. Via biro angkasa deduction.
I am planning to add 15k of PL with them. Do i need to refill the biro angkasa form ?
Anyone with b rakyat could help.

Those who has like koperasi loan, or people working with like in the petronas or airline are so lucky.
My friend works with MAS, their panel bank is bank Islam and recently he is being offered PL with only like interest 3.44% for rm100k for 10years.
So monthly for him around about rm1100+ la kan??
Imagine the things he can do with rm100k.
All he utter to me was to use that money for wedding.
Hmmm
He could do so much more
