0.74% per months from alliance bank
Amount 35k - 45k / 50k ( loan 35k get full 35k)

QUOTE(adreina @ Oct 6 2011, 02:34 AM)
I want to apply PL .. Below is the details :

Basic Salary : 5.7k
Allowance : 3k -4k
Gross salary : 9k +
Credit card : 4, highest 20k credit limit. Usage around 35k over 70k total. All less than 1 year.
Housing Loan : 2, both of it served more than 5 years. Total RM1k repayment.
Car Loan : RM650

CCRIS checked last month. All cleared. 000000000000 ...

How much I can get? and which bank offer the lowest rate?If possible I need those flexi and not flat rate as I'm waiting for my refinance disbursement then I can settle off the PL. I just need it for downpayment.

I have recently went to a few banks for personal loan applications. Unfortunately for me, I don't meet the requirements for those banks. Some only approves for Govt or GLC. Some minimum income of RM 3k per month, which I am not. And the latest is I'm not qualified due to I don't have any loans or credit cards, meaning currently I'm living a debt free life (except for MARA). Anyone can advice me on this matter ? I understand that RHB Easy is one option, but with high interest rate per annum, I wish to avoid it if possible.
*
How about credit card loan ? interest rate should be lower than RHB. Jz my 2cent tongue.gif

Any recommendation for PL for around 25k for (around 500 per month installment)? A rough check through, seems that Alliance bank have the lowest, around 8.88% pa. After I check Bank Islam, seems like more lower, around 6-7% pa.Just now sure how the calculation method and application process.
*
Yup, lower rate. But not all people can apply. SELECTED or LIMITED Public Listed Companies & Private Limited Companies as categorized under package companies listed by Bank Islam.

Yup, u can get cash from personal loan. But before proceed bank have to check for your eligibility first, everything depents on your personal details. Such as your monthly income, ccris, ctos & etc.

QUOTE(nazrilvi @ Nov 10 2011, 09:24 PM)
Just wanna share my experience with you guys..

Kenshin1 roughly knows what he is saying. Good advice from him.

Im 25 years old and working in the private sector.

My salary is 5k per mth and 5.5k if plus allowance.

Got 3 credit cards - 5k limit each. Total 15k limit. (already used for 1 year 6 months) - all cc got outstanding.

I also have a car - paying RM580 monthly.

Also just bought a house - paying 1250 monthly.

My CCRIS record is the best in the planet! Haha just kidding.. but definetely the best in my Taman ok.. haha! I dont have "1", "2", "3" all.. all my loans and credit cards record shows constant "0" (which means prompt paymaster) for more than a year. (ps. im a former BNM subsidiary employee, so i know how important is the need to have good CCRIS record)

Now i need to apply for about 20-25k loan. Been applying for a quite a while - RHB Easy rejected, CIMB XPress rejected, HSBC rejected, stan chartered rejected, OCBC rejected, bank islam, MBSB, & bank rakyat all offer for gov workers only. All banks couldn't give me reason for the rejections! Now im trying AEON and Maybank.. Hoping that either one will be approved.

I think they have something about me being 25 yrs old only. Maybe they are scared that im too young and wont be able to maintain my finances! Kinda pissed with all the banks now! Good credit record, prompt paymaster, ok salary but still they dont want to approve my personal loan!

Sigh... just sharing my experience.. Good luck to others!

Did u manage to pass the 1st stage approval ? ( AIP )

I'm a permanent staff not contract. Previously working with BNM subsidiary for nearly 2 years. Got better offer I ciao to my new company. Currently 7 months d in my new company.

I never buy stuff using instalments. No cash on call, easypay etc etc.

How long does alliance take to process personal loan? My friend stated that Alliance very strict sure reject so i didnt even try applying with them..

Thanks for the reply btw. =)
*
Since u not a contact staff, i guess u working in a high risk sector i guess? or maybe LRR ? jz my 2cent tongue.gif
