I would like to apply a personal loan around 10K since I need the money urgently (within 2 weeks).
After 2-3 months I will make a full settlement on it. May I know which bank will be the best choice on this situation, considering the interest rate and how fast I can get the cash.

you want fast money , go to RHB easy. High interest but you get money in 15 minute once approve. Bring your IC will do. Low interest, you can choose Aeon.

I can wait even 1-2 weeks. Would like to avoid the Express cash as they are well known of their hi-interest rate.

bank Islam having the lowest rate and faster processing ( 2-3 weeks). If you wanted a faster solution, is RHB easy cash. Jz walking to RHB and will settle between 2 hrs

just a precaution - "in case" of unexpected happened which makes me unable to make the full settlement within that period..dats why still looking for the lowest interest...

CCRIS Os and 1s. Total commitment about a quarter of monthly salary. Gross annual salary 300k (monthly 25k). Salary every month via payment by cheque. Willing to provide three months payslips and three months bank statement showing salary credited.

Where are you working?
If working at public listed companies, you can try Bank Islam, they got good offer at 3-4%.
But as far as possible, don't take PL.
