Housing Loan = Secured lending

PBB p.loan not strong...
But u have to check with the sales staff what's the reject code. might be fail verification, document proble, & so so .

if never pay income tax cannot get loan rite? coz recently i visit maybank and they told me BNM is very damn strict now.

Every bank got different policy, Maybank p.loan kinda strict. But for others bank still so so

If u got epf deduction or bank statement showing salary credited u no need to submit income tax. But u have to make sure u minimum 3 or 6 months deduction and income Rm2k-3k above.

Normally officer wont request for income unless your documentation not strong or etc.

My housing loan just got approved (yeahhhh) and bank sent me LO already today but haven't signed yet. As usual la I have 14days to comply etc..

But my PL still haven't approved,got incomplete documents according to them (after waiting for 5 days)
I might wanna apply other banks..

my PL previously I applied, was before my Ccris shows I got housing loan,now if I sign the LO and surely it will be in my Ccris report the housing loan right.

My question is, Should I just sign the LO?
I scared because if I apply other alternative bank for my PL would it affect chances to get approved since my Ccris report will show my housing loan is approved, because my commitments dah tambah kan?

Or should I apply other banks for PL first before i sign and agree the housing loan LO?

hello,i own ,enterprise company and want to apply loan, however when i call the bank, they ask for income tax, i already send my bank statement which have good flow >60k debit and credit, but they need income tax..so how much income tax that can get personal loan 160k above? im going to lhdn tomorrow to register because my company just 9 month old,started last year jun..so i need to declare sufficient" income tax for my company for easy apply loan..any ideas?

Actually from bank calculation different, bank cant direct take your 60k credit as a income.

The calculation method for Alliance, will be something like this :

Average 60k monthly,

What kind of business ? If trading related will be around 8-10%

Shares % u holding ? ( let's say 50% )

60k x 10% = Rm6000

Rm6000 x shares 50% = Rm3000

Your gross income Rm3,000

Normally loan amount bank offer based on nett income x4times to maximum 10times.

Rm3000 x = Rm30,000

Business must be register more then 2 years, less than 2 years will be subject for bank approval. Since nowdays bank requiremnt minimum 2 -3 years.

erm, how come my friend said his income 4k work in gov can approve loan 180k?
