If u got register for ssm, yes u can and of course must be support with income documents. Such as company bank statement / epf or income tax either one.

Been doing business close to 1 and 1/2year

Problem is SSM havent reach 1 year based on registration date.

Wow I don't think will able to secure any more loan. 3315 of 4000 is like >80% of income. I don't know if there is other loan such as hire purchase but generally will not approved unless, the house provides rental income which your friend will need to submit documents of these additional income

Noob question, if I apply personal loan today and next week I apply for a housing loan with other bank. Will the Ccris report shows that I have a personal loan already or the other bank will only see it after the next month?

any loan status, be it pending, approved and rejected should be shown on your ccris report

Really? I thought Ccris report only updated every 15th of the month? I guess I might be wrong then

any credit facilities applied should be shown on your ccris. but u could tell them that u dont want that loan

Need to fork out some money urgently due to something personal..can i overlapping the RHB easy one? Coz to overlap the bsn will take time (summore the repayment will be shorter = high repayment)
