speaking of google, i thot google was the top favourite by employees?

nvrmd lar, ppl dunno u one of the 4 heavenly king working in top company mah. maybe ppl afraid u might be working from a tom dig hairy company mah. It will be a problem applying to such company later on got WP problem lar, employer change rules lar, this problem, that problem lar. tats why ppl ask lor.

its basically a win win situation..

my benefits = i get some referral fees.... got it or not i also ok 1. (not so desperate for cash anyway)
his benefits = he can by pass HR screening and the resume will be hand over to the hiring manager directly.
The hiring manager is currently my manager, my performance is consider good so far. so he will definitely look into my referrals.


Those working in a MNC should know that for the resume to get through HR screening, i think they will at least filter out 90% of it.
but looking at what he say, if he is a fresh grad without experience and he is a foreigner, the chances that he is going to be hired is less than 10%.

no, what is the main reason. what the company is tying to achieve.

I do agree.. hiring managers would like to get those good referrals especially from those reputable employees.. At least it is someone whom they know. Rather than choosing from a big sea of CVs..

My company does that too... the manager got frustrated from interviewing many many people but unable to get someone who's suitable for the job. So it's easier asking for referrals.

1. Mackiddo... definitely more than 8k. but he is PR, so no pass is needed
2. Kockroach... also more than 8k i guess, just got his PR. not on EP anymore.
3. Seantang.... this is always is a mistery... but i think he is surely PR also.
4. Alaskanbunny.... he is on EP, but EP cannot see which category from the card 1 ma. but his pay should exceed 8k.

But can see title ma, once seen the title on the EP, more or less is that range edy...

If i remembered correctly, it stated 'P1' . so left alaskanbunny. oh ya, Lester1987 too, the JB King recently got his EP , working at THE most admired company in the world, you think his pay can be less than sgd8k per month ?
