For the translation side, you may translate any document (non-english) to English at this place

about the translation, find any lawyer firm to do it for ~$20. Else can go to local court, there should be a person that do all the translation.

Haha well, other countries kena bencana, the malaysian embassy there will issue statement saying "all our citizens are safe" something like that mah. If singapore kena, diff story though. How many tens (hundreds?) of thousands of M'sians here, how to take care of all?

Is it proven in track record? Anyone?

You need a letter issued from employer if you are main and I am under an agency (outsourced).
My agency is screwed up when it comes to requesting info/stuffs from them.
There is also another clause that says they will only help after 1 year with them and it will result in another year of bond.
