I have no ill intention, just asking you questions based on your post. Let's break it down, shall we??
QUOTE(Daniel520 @ Jul 3 2011, 06:01 PM) Just Tried out My Inspira in auto mode ... From this sentence, you have said you JUST TRIED in AUTO mode.... doesnt this imply that you had JUST (baru cuba) the first time tried the AUTO mode?? Hence, my question: Just curious, how the hell have you been driving an AUTO car??? U have been using the stick to shift from 1-6 and back down???? I am curious, why only NOW are you trying the AUTO mode, and how have you been driving your car ever since you got your car, by stick shift??? QUOTE full acceleration from 0 - 100km/h it uses 1st gear go up to 100km/h without the need of changing gear??? The power of CVT??? Here you typed that your car went from 0-100km/h WITHOUT gear change. So again, you have implied that you have never tried the AUTO mode, and also that you dont know how AUTO or CVT gearboxes work. Hence my question: Hmmm..... u know how to drive an AUTO..??So, you tell me, what clarifications you need..?? |

Proton recommends SEMI engine oil to last 10,000kms, CVT oil to be changed EVERY 80,000kms. So, you wanna trust Protons' advice?? I think I will change them arnd 40,000kms. |

QUOTE(Poadster @ Jul 3 2011, 11:56 PM) Sorry, I just double check the tyres again.... its only asymmetrical (INSIDE/OUTSIDE) tyres, not directional. omg! i remember that day when u do servicing, i ask them to do the alignment for me too... n i remembered they change the wheels position leh.... bt nt sure whether they cross it or nt... Asymmetrical tyres have different block patterns as compared to symmetrical tyres (they have same pattern reversed on both sides of the thread). Our tyres have bigger blocks on the outside to improve handling during corners and water repellant blocks on the inside to help improve water handling on wet roads. As such, asymmetrical tyres can only be installed the right was, INSIDE facing inside and OUTSIDE facing, outside. Now, during cross rotation of tyres, the front left goes to back right and front right goes back left, thus the term cross rotation. When this happens, the fronts that are rolling in ONE direction, will now roll in the OPPOSITE direction when cross to the back. I personally will not want my tyres to roll in a different direction esp after its been rolling in the other direction, no?? More tyre wear, more uneven forces on the tyres, etc.... i dont expect the tyres will last long... Anyway, this is my personal feelings.... sorry for any confusions caused. how do i check whether they put in the correct position?? |

I am sure there are many names, spring rubbers, spring absorbers... just tell them its the rubber/silicone thing that you slot between the coil of the springs... they shld know... if they dont, walk away... Changing rim and tyres usually wont, but u cant complain on FC, NVH if you changed lo... but changing springs will void... |
