just back from genting, inspira engine power low end really not that good. but after 4000rpm is better then my waja, while in some tight corner heel and toe change to first gear, damn smooth, but 1st and 2nd gear ratio gap too big, even i rev first gear till 6500rpm then change to 2nd gear also drop rpm at around 3500rpm still need wait a while then the power only come out. the brake also very " eat" while downhill, but the comfort setting encounter too much body roll, cannot cornering like my waja till tires also " cik cik cik" . heel and toe in inspira a bit hard compare to waja , because the brake pedal position higher than acceleration pedal, while waja is 2 pedal almost same height.

my uncle that running tires shop, say if i use those imitation 18ich rim will need often do balancing, unless i take original japan rim, those rim easily cost 6k to 8k , which i cannot afford , so i think 17 is better for me because of hassle free and tires price acceptable.

u dont know how cvt working, go read more about cvt, one of the advantage of cvt is it keep change gear ratio while engine maintain in certain rpm. not same as traditional gear box.

poadster, he just don't understand how cvt work ma... because traditional trasmission change gear will cause engine rpm drop, when he acceleration he saw inspira rpm no drop that why he thought all the way using the same gear lo....dont get too serious.... we all inspira owner dont fight back inspira owner ma... we bought this car we know more about our car , we more happy smile.gif

ok tq for your information , will go to ask... this 4 little "thing" called rubber damper right? or other name? gonna do it 1 time together with change rim and tires, by the way because my friend's ford fiesta when he want to change rim ford staff told him the suspension system will void warranty(just suspension , not whole warranty void) , so will i void my suspension warranty if i change my rim and tires?

chyapp ,i think tat spark plug cant last so long la, i saw someone in waja club mention that DENSO iridium state can last 80k km but when 40k km open spark plug and check ,need to replace already.

anyone here did 20k service before? how much should i expect, assuming i also want to change the cvt oil? also, is it just cvt oil change, and NOT cvt oil flush?

sorry for so many questions, just wanna make sure i know what they are gonna do at 20k, tks.

wa, you are seriously clocked your mileage higher than me a lot, mine last time got one car , 1 year only able to clock around 10k km, now got 2 car even less, may be 1 year 6k or 5k each car .....

I am sure there are many names, spring rubbers, spring absorbers... just tell them its the rubber/silicone thing that you slot between the coil of the springs... they shld know... if they dont, walk away...  brows.gif  brows.gif

Changing rim and tyres usually wont, but u cant complain on FC, NVH if you changed lo... but changing springs will void...
*
i expected that will bad a bit on FC, but the outcome that after change rims is price less.... rclxms.gif

but it wont shift when you keep pressing your accelerator.

bro, you can't say like this, let say if you drive an auto trasmission car, i means 4 speed traditional auto trasmission. u keep pressing your accelerator from 0 to 100, your first gear only can last to 60 which at 6500rpm, for sure even you keep press it also will shift to 2nd gear for you to reach 100 right? how can it wont shift up when you keep pressing your accelerator? sweat.gif

bro , you confuse between cvt and mive already, one is transmission one is engine.

mivec is cam profile switching system same goes to vtec etc...

when 1000 to 4499rpm, it use a small angle cam to let the value opening less time to less small amout of air come in engine to burn , therefore more fuel ecornomy
when 4500rpm mivec switch to higher angle profile cam let value opening time longer to take more air into engine to burn, which make the engine higher output power.

please dont confuse these 2 thing.

people, don't always confuse between cc and L, even motorcycle 100cc, inspira is either 1800cc or 2000cc (to be exact 1798cc or 1998cc)
