phase 3 eclipse is selling now. They got this CNY event this sat & sun at cyberjaya.
May I know what are the key difference between previous phase which is Solstice & the Eclipse? Both start at same min size of 450sqft. But price different is a LOT. Solstice around 280k. And eclipse at 360k. |

I called them up.. They say eclipse layout better.some says eclipse ceiling height is higher.

last time better, maybank 2k rebate on the spot upon booking (if you pay with mbb visa/master card).

i was told that paragon is commercial rate. Whereas Solstice & Eclipse is residential rate.
