Not to pour cold water here. Masterplan can be changed and clauses are sure there to protect developer. If developer has DO etc means all resources, cost and efforts all already put in. Developer wont back out. Your efforts likely ll b wasted. Masterplan is very common to hav it changed

One of the worst properties in cyberjaya. From a very iconic building (brochure) to a horrible cost cut facade..then changed of masterplan and everything run down the hill...the biggest fault has to be at the developer side. Terrible
